• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
• Delivery details: addresses and phone numbers you save for shipping.
• Order history, wishlist and bag contents.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.

Payments are processed by our banking partner's secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials; we only receive the payment status and a transaction reference.

• Fit Check is optional. You choose whether to take or upload photos.
• Your photos are shrunk on your device, sent securely to our AI provider to create your preview, and then discarded.
• We do not store your photos or the generated preview on our servers. We only keep a record that a Fit Check was made (for daily limits).
• You can download your preview; it is labelled as an AI-generated image.

• To process, ship and support your orders.
• To send account emails such as verification, password reset and order updates.
• To prevent fraud and keep your account secure.

We share only what is needed with our payment gateway and courier partners to complete your order. We do not sell your personal information.

You can view and update your profile and saved addresses from My Account. To delete your account and personal data, email us from your registered address.
