Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Every order is quality-checked, carefully packed and dispatched with tracking.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on orders of ₹1,999 and above.
  • A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹1,999.
  • The exact amount is always shown in your bag before you pay.

Dispatch & delivery times

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your PIN code.
  • Personalized and heavily embroidered pieces may need an extra 2–3 days for final quality checks.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you'll find the courier and tracking number on the order page under My Orders.

Delivery issues

If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
